Last updated: May 2026
Welcome to SquiBet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and SquiBet ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the SquiBet platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, APIs, and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the SquiBet platform in any manner, including but not limited to visiting the website, creating an account, placing bets, playing casino games, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of SquiBet after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and SquiBet regarding the use of the platform. Any additional terms or conditions that may apply to specific services, promotions, or features will be presented to you at the relevant time and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3. Eligibility
To use the SquiBet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately terminated with all funds forfeited.
- Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. SquiBet does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your location. The availability of the platform does not constitute an offer or invitation in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited.
- One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on SquiBet. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of all pending bets.
- KYC Requirement: You agree to provide truthful identity documentation when requested for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. SquiBet operates a three-tier KYC system: Basic (email verification), Intermediate (government-issued ID), and Advanced (proof of address). Higher KYC levels unlock increased withdrawal limits.
- No Restricted Persons: You are not a politically exposed person (PEP), nor are you subject to any economic sanctions or trade restrictions imposed by any government or international body.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met. SquiBet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration & Security
When registering an account on SquiBet, you agree to the following:
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other required details. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
- Password Security: You are responsible for creating a strong, unique password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and should include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. You must not reuse passwords from other services.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication via a TOTP-based authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy). When enabled, 2FA is required for login, withdrawals, and sensitive account changes. SquiBet is not liable for losses resulting from failure to enable 2FA.
- Account Sharing Prohibited: Your account is strictly personal. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow others to access your account, or transfer your account to another person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
- Unauthorized Access: You must notify SquiBet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but we are not responsible for losses incurred prior to your notification.
- Third-Party Authentication: If you register or log in using third-party services (such as MetaMask wallet connection, Google OAuth, or GitHub OAuth), you authorize us to access certain information from those services as permitted by their respective terms of service.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
SquiBet operates exclusively with cryptocurrency. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform:
5.1 Deposits
- Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies only. Fiat currency deposits are not available.
- Each User is assigned unique deposit addresses for each supported cryptocurrency. You must only send the correct cryptocurrency to its designated address. Sending the wrong cryptocurrency or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds for which SquiBet cannot be held responsible.
- Deposits are credited to your account after the required number of blockchain confirmations, which varies by cryptocurrency (e.g., 1 confirmation for BTC, 12 for ETH).
- Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by cryptocurrency. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be credited.
- SquiBet does not charge deposit fees. However, blockchain network fees are paid by the sender and are beyond our control.
5.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours, depending on the cryptocurrency, network congestion, and your KYC verification level.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by cryptocurrency.
- SquiBet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding tier-based thresholds.
- Blockchain network fees for withdrawals are deducted from the withdrawal amount or charged separately, as displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
- You are solely responsible for providing a correct withdrawal address. SquiBet cannot reverse or recover funds sent to an incorrect address.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
- Large withdrawals may be processed in installments at SquiBet's discretion.
5.3 Currency Swap
SquiBet offers an internal swap feature allowing Users to exchange between supported cryptocurrencies at market rates sourced from third-party price feeds. Swap rates include a small spread and are displayed prior to confirmation. Completed swaps are final and cannot be reversed.
6. Sports Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Placement
- All bets are placed at the odds displayed and accepted at the time of confirmation. Odds may change between the time you add a selection to your bet slip and the time you confirm the bet.
- A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and appears in your bet history with a unique bet ID. A bet is not valid simply because it appears on your bet slip.
- SquiBet supports single bets, accumulator (parlay) bets, and system bets. Each bet type is subject to specific rules detailed in the sportsbook.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply and may vary by sport, event, market, and your account risk profile.
6.2 Bet Settlement
- Bets are settled based on the official results as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. SquiBet uses multiple data sources to verify results.
- Settlement typically occurs within minutes of the event conclusion but may take up to 72 hours in cases requiring verification or where official results are delayed.
- In the event of a dead heat, stakes are divided by the number of winners and paid at full odds on the reduced stake.
6.3 Void Bets
- Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation, event postponement beyond 48 hours, abandonment, walk-overs, or where a participant is a non-runner.
- Voided selections in accumulator bets are treated as non-runners: the bet stands with the voided leg removed and odds recalculated accordingly.
- Stakes on voided single bets are returned in full.
6.4 Obvious Errors
SquiBet reserves the right to void or recalculate bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable errors"). This includes odds significantly different from the true market price at the time of bet placement. Where possible, we will offer to resettle the bet at corrected odds. Obvious error disputes are resolved at SquiBet's sole discretion.
6.5 Live Betting
- Live (in-play) betting is available on select events. Odds are updated in real time and may change rapidly.
- There may be a brief delay between your bet request and its acceptance. If the odds change materially during this delay, your bet may be rejected or offered at the new odds.
- SquiBet reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event, particularly during significant incidents (goals, red cards, injuries, etc.).
6.6 Cash-Out
Where available, the cash-out feature allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes at a value determined by the current odds and bet status. Cash-out values fluctuate and may not be available at all times. A cash-out request is subject to acceptance and may be rejected if odds change between your request and processing. Partial cash-out may be available on select bets.
7. Casino Game Rules
7.1 Provably Fair System
All SquiBet original casino games utilize a provably fair system based on HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hashing. Before each game round, a server seed (hashed) and a client seed are generated. After the round concludes, you can verify the outcome using the revealed server seed, client seed, and nonce. Detailed verification instructions and tools are available on each game page. No game uses Math.random() or any non-deterministic random number generation.
7.2 House Edge & Return to Player (RTP)
- Each casino game has a published house edge and theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term payout to players.
- RTP values are theoretical and calculated over millions of rounds. Actual results in any given session may vary significantly from the theoretical RTP.
- SquiBet reserves the right to adjust house edge and RTP values. Any changes will be reflected in the game information panel.
7.3 Maximum Bets & Limits
Each casino game has configurable minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary based on the game, your VIP tier, and platform conditions. SquiBet reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.
7.4 Auto-Bet
Certain games offer an auto-bet feature that allows automated wagering based on your configured parameters (bet amount, number of rounds, stop conditions, and optional Martingale strategy). Auto-bet operates server-side and will continue until your configured stop conditions are met, your balance is insufficient, or you manually stop the feature. You are fully responsible for all bets placed via auto-bet.
7.5 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction (disconnection, server error, display error), the affected round will be resolved based on the server-side game state. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet will be refunded. Malfunctions void all pays and plays unless the server-side result can be verified.
7.6 Responsible Play
SquiBet encourages responsible casino play. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Game sessions display your running profit/loss, and reality check reminders can be configured in your account settings.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
SquiBet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (e.g., 5x) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered on eligible games or bets.
- Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus with wagering requirements is active, a maximum bet limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiration date. Unclaimed bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms.
- Game Contribution Rates: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute less (e.g., blackjack at 10%, roulette at 20%). Game contributions are listed in each promotion's terms.
- One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each User may claim each promotion only once. Bonus stacking is not permitted.
- Promo Codes: Promotional codes are single-use unless specified otherwise. Promo codes cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- Abuse Prevention: SquiBet reserves the right to revoke any bonus, void associated bets, and confiscate winnings if bonus abuse is detected. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other Users, or exploiting technical errors.
9. VIP Program
9.1 Tier Progression
The SquiBet VIP program consists of eight tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite, Black Diamond, and Blue Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering volume. Users are automatically promoted to the next tier upon reaching the required wagering milestone. Tier status is reviewed periodically and may be adjusted based on continued activity.
9.2 Rakeback & Benefits
- Each VIP tier provides a rakeback percentage on all wagers, ranging from 0.5% (Bronze) to 5% (Blue Diamond).
- 50% of rakeback is credited instantly to your wallet; the remaining 50% is added to your rewards calendar for scheduled claiming.
- Higher VIP tiers unlock additional benefits including: higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority customer support, exclusive promotions, increased maximum bets, and personalized offers.
9.3 Rewards Calendar & Turbo Mode
VIP members receive daily claim opportunities through the rewards calendar with claim windows every 12 hours. Turbo Mode, when activated, provides up to a 25% boost on all winnings for a 90-minute duration. Turbo Mode is activated through the rewards calendar.
9.4 Modification Rights
SquiBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP program, including tier requirements, rakeback rates, and benefits, at any time and at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Accrued but unclaimed rewards may be subject to expiry.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on the SquiBet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, game designs, user interface elements, and the underlying source code, is the exclusive property of SquiBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- The SquiBet name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SquiBet. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
11. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SquiBet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
- Fraud: Using stolen cryptocurrency, wallets, or identities; providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC; chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith.
- Multi-Accounting: Creating, maintaining, or using multiple accounts, whether directly or through proxies, VPNs, or other means to disguise identity.

- Match Fixing: Placing bets on events where you have inside information or are involved in influencing the outcome; conspiring with athletes, officials, or other parties to manipulate results.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any form of financial crime. SquiBet monitors transactions for suspicious activity and reports to relevant authorities as required by law.
- Collusion: Working with other Users to exploit the platform, share inside information, or coordinate betting patterns to gain an unfair advantage.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses, promotions, or the referral program through any means including multi-accounting, coordinated activity, or low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other User accounts, SquiBet systems, servers, networks, or data; introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Arbitrage Betting: Exclusively using the platform to place arbitrage bets in coordination with other betting platforms to guarantee risk-free profits.

13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 No Guarantee of Profits
SquiBet makes no representations or warranties that you will profit from using the platform. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. You acknowledge that the odds are structured to provide a mathematical advantage to the house in casino games and a margin in sports betting markets.
13.2 Service Availability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SquiBet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, security incidents, or other operational reasons without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.

SquiBet is not liable for any losses arising from cryptocurrency price fluctuations or blockchain-related issues.
13.4 Force Majeure

13.5 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SquiBet's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of $10,000 USD, whichever is less.

Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after 12 months of inactivity.
15.4 Self-Exclusion
